Solving the biracial conundrum: Base life on character, not skin color

When he was in high school in Florida, he took his SAT test. He raised his hand and pointed out to the test proctor that one of the first questions asked was race, but he was two races, and the form didn’t allow him to check more than one box. He was told to check “other.” He said, “I did not go to Washington to testify about this issue, just to be told to check ‘other.’”
